You need to be more of a generalist than a specialist.\n\n* Problem solving ability.\n\n* Quick learner: use new tools, adopt new development products quickly. Be comfortable using LLMs to quickly learn new aspects of the tech stack.\n\n* Experience developing backend applications, ideally distributed systems\n\n* Comfortable with 10-20% of DevOps work:\n* AWS, GCP, Terraform, Linux administration, both in cloud and bare metal.\n\n\n\n\n* a slight plus if you have some experience building Web3 applications.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll do \n\n\n* Work on internal 1kx projects, as well as 1k community contribution projects.\n\n* Internal projects include backend and distributed systems, supporting a large portfolio of 1kx investments.\n\n* Community contributions include โcommon goodโ projects, such as Atlas (https://atlas.1kx.io/) and others.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Engage with the broad crypto community, build your personal network, and participate in hackathons.
