Our primary objective in CIA is to establish and maintain a platform that seamlessly integrates our benefits and services into the lives of employees across companies & organizations of different sizes worldwide.\n\nAs a key member of the CIA Wellbeing Access Squad, you will be focused on simplifying the employees' signup experience, making the process as seamless, secure, and stress-free as possible for our end-users. This agile team is composed of fellow developers, a product manager, and a UX designer. Together, we collaborate on continually improving our clients' experience using our product. You will be expected to develop the tools and the platform that power these objectives while working closely with stakeholders and the other developers. Golang and Kotlin will both be considered a plus;\n\nBeing open to new experiences, willing to learn and grow;\n\nWilling to work within an agile environment meant to be continuously challenged and improved upon;\n\nExperienced in applying computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis;\n\nExperienced in working with SQL/NoSQL technology such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB, understanding common use cases and performance pitfalls;\n\nA believer in automation (be it tests, CI/CD, or something else)\n\nGood communication skills both in English and Portuguese.\n\n\n\n\nWe recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
