You will report to the Head of Medicare Revenue while working closely with our Operations Lead, Head of Medicare Revenue & Lead Medicare Advisor across a range of projects. You will also work cross-functionally with our advisory-facing Product and Marketing teams.\n\nThis is a remote-hybrid role with 10% travel to Phoenix, AZ \n\nWhat youโll do:\n\n\n* Aid Advisors in improving overall performance, including recommendation accuracy, and conversion for those who want to choose coverage in an environment of coachability, accountability, and doing the right thing for every customer we touch\n\n* Coaching and mentoring your team, being responsible for their professional development and helping them achieve top metrics and high-quality standards\n\n* This role serves as a critical member of the sales team and is responsible for coaching and empowering your team to proactively prospect, qualify, and build a sales pipeline\n\n* Align direct reports on team and individual goals (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide regular visibility into the progress toward those goals\n\n* Provide coaching and supervision through side-by-sides, retroactive call/case review, and team huddles\n\n* Ensure compliance with regulation and adherence to Chapterโs quality and ethical standards\n\n* Regularly report out on team performance to company executives (Founders, Head of Medicare Revenue, Head of Operations), focusing on insights and initiatives to improve performance\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll need:\n\n\n* 2+ years of hands-on Sales Management experience\n\n* The spirit of an educator but the drive of a competitive athlete or\n\n* Excel at building relationships with cross-functional teams to drive step change and improvements\n\n* Passionate about helping the entire team win and achieve our growth projections\n\n* You possess a consultative sales mentality: youโre motivated by the opportunity to connect prospective customers to a product that meets their needs\n\n* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision\n\n* You are effective at problem-solving and can prioritize and re-prioritize throughout the day as needed. Can juggle the small issues while balancing the larger ones\n\n\n\n\nWe think the salary for this role will be between 112,000-180,000, in addition to competitive variable compensation + equity structure, but it might vary depending on skills and experiences.
