\nAbout the Role & Team\n\n\n* Retail Sportsbook is a significant part of our expansion strategy throughout North America\n\n* The space is very heavily regulated which requires a person to investigate and tackle these regulatory challenges\n\n* A person in this role will solve many difficult regulatory problems through product development and find agile ways of doing so\n\n* We are building the product from scratch which allows us to scale the product in a more natural way and tackle potential major issues in advance using better planning\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Work\n\n\n* Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of comprehensive retail betting platform initiatives.\n\n* Exhibit sound product judgment, contribute to the product strategy, and lead implementation of that strategy as it aligns to organizational and business objectives.\n\n* Establish product KPIs and goals, discover opportunities to optimize the betting platform to increase betting related KPIs (e.g., handle, GGR, time to settlement, bet placement time); manage short and long-term planning on how to achieve desired results.\n\n* Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements; communicate to stakeholders regularly.\n\n* Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize product features.\n\n* Own the end-to-end success of projects from requirements definition through design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis to drive future iterations of the product.\n\n* Serve as subject matter expert for your products, capabilities and services, and aid in providing guidance to others in regard to this expertise. \n\n* Develop and thoroughly present go-forward data-driven recommendations\n\n* Drive the continued growth of the Product Team through mentorship and collaboration, developing best practices and continuous improvements targets.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* 2+ years experience in product management\n\n* 2+ years experience in sports betting industry; experience working with compliance/regulatory requirements a big advantage\n\n* Strong understanding of N. American retail sportsbook space is a big advantage.\n\n* Previous experience working in a scrum environment and familiarity with the agile delivery process\n\n* Ability to communicate across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities.\n\n* Ability to create wireframes, flows/diagrams, product specifications and other documentation, as required.\n\n* Strong project management skills and the ability to present work to executive staff.\n\n* Highly analytical - exceptional data analysis skills; has experience using tools like Tableau, Sisense, PowerBI.\n\n* Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically.\n\n* Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.\n\n* Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively.\n\n* A great collaborator and communicator who can explain complex problems in a simple way.\n\n* A bias toward action and constantly pushing yourself and others toward clarity and delivery.\n\n* Understand high-level system architecture and data flow of the products you work on.\n\n* A high bar for delivering quality โ from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.\n\n* Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of your skill set.\n\n* A passion for sports and/or sports betting\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n\n* Competitive compensation package.\n\n* Comprehensive Benefits package.\n\n* Fun, relaxed work environment.\n\n#LI-REMOTE \n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
