\nWe are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about our vision of giving power back to creators and understands the web3 space. You will own an end-to-end product, building it from 0 to 1. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and can adapt to rapidly changing strategies. You must also have a strong background in visual design, excellent eye for detail, and be able to work closely with technical engineers to bring innovative designs to life.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement the product, owning the design process \n* Produce artifacts neededโsketches, wireframes, mockups, prototypesโto take ideas from conception to production\n* Proficiency in both UX and UI Design, being able to not only solve complex design problems through logic and flow, but also through visual principles\n* Conduct user research and apply insights to create intuitive and user-centered designs\n* Support the growth of our ecosystem, create mocks for design partners and integrations, ensuring consistency and quality in the product flows\n* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the crypto and web3 spaces\n* Bring simplicity and clarity to complex user flows in the web3 space\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio and experience in the web3 space\n* Experienced with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases\n* Ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate with team members to find innovative solutions\n* Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma\n* Exceptional visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering beautiful and functional designs\n* Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions\n* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams\n* Passionate about the crypto and web3 space, with a strong desire to learn\n\n\n\n\n$100,000 - $150,000 a year\n\nPlease include a link to your portfolio. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
