As Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our technology partners, business development, marketing and the rest of Woo. \n\nIn this role, you’ll own and manage how these partners are promoted to WooCommerce users using a mix of owned, partner and external channels. You will work directly with top-tier partners to build relationships, define and execute on mutual growth goals, and collaborate on new co-marketing initiatives. You’ll execute on programming directly and with creative and channel specialists within the marketing team.  \n\nWe have a huge footprint, but we’re a small company. That means everyone here has the opportunity to make a visible, profound, and lasting difference while helping the store owners that rely on WooCommerce daily. .  \nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Develop, execute, and manage partner marketing programs and campaigns that align with Woo’s overall objectives, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met, including:\n\n\n\n* Liaise with partners to cultivate strong relationships and a spirit of collaboration. \n\n* Setting the right strategy and goals in consultation with partners.\n\n* Project management, coordinating with our channel specialists.\n\n* Track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives and return on investment, providing data-driven reports to stakeholders.\n\n\n\n* Collaborate with our business development team to negotiate contractual marketing obligations and MDFs with our partners, demonstrating the value that we bring to the table.\n\n* Proactively seek out opportunities for reciprocal marketing from our partners. \n\n* Keep an eye on the bigger picture to ensure campaigns are rooted in customer empathy and success, and aligned with Automattic’s holistic interests.\n\n\n\n\nRequirements: \n\n\n* Have extensive experience in digital and channel marketing to small and medium businesses, preferably in SaaS, fintech or commerce. \n\n* Have experience working directly with channel partners or clients to execute and craft the strategy and messaging behind multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.\n\n* Have a results-oriented, analytical approach to marketing.\n\n* Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics (email marketing, display advertising, paid search, and content marketing). \n\n* Bonus to having hands-on experience with WordPress, Woo or another CMS or commerce platform.\n\n* Are an excellent negotiator.\n\n* Are a highly proficient multitasker, energized by both strategy and execution.\n\n* Are a relationship-builder, with the ability to inspire teams across different functions.\n\n* Love bringing order to chaos.\n\n* Are inspired by the Automattic creed.\n\n* You must be based in NORAM / NAMER region.\n\n\n\n\nSalary range: $80,000-$185,000 USD - Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.\n\nRead more about our compensation philosophy and benefits. \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Marketing and Marketing jobs that are similar:\n\n $40,000 — $70,000/year\n
