This individual is the key strategic leader on their assigned accounts and supports both strategists and hands-on keyboard experts to deliver client results. Operational excellence, strategic vision, and process orientation are key skills individuals in this role possess. The primary functions of this supervisory role is to be a subject matter expert in paid social across market-leading and emerging platforms, to provide their team with the appropriate resources (trainings, tools, processes, etc.) to deliver against client paid social media goals, to hone in on growth and development of their team, and to collaborate with social team leadership on driving best practices, critical perspectives, and overall social POVs for Code3.\nNote: While we are a remote-first company, this particular opportunity is only available to candidates based in the New York City area in order to regularly meet with the client on-site.\n\nWhat youโll do:\n\n\n* Leads establishing and evolving paid social strategy across their clients including, but not limited to Learning Agendas, A/B Testing & Implementations, Pixel Tagging & Event Management, client KPI and goal setting, and campaign & audience optimizations\n\n* Trains their team in media planning and forecasting best practices, campaign architecture and build best practices, optimization of campaigns, and reporting and analysis of campaigns to drive efficiency through stronger, more strategic optimizations\n\n* Helps to build and lead a team that delivers unbeatable paid social strategies and ad performance, inclusive of training, process enforcement, and innovation\n\n* Showcases team leadership by problem solving and creating solutions for the Paid Social team through identifying new process efficiencies and areas of opportunity\n\n* Attends in-person client and partner presentations and events\n\n\n\n\nWho will love this role: \n\n\n* Passion for fashion, beauty and/or luxury brands\n\n* A data-driven decision-maker passionate about exceeding client expectations\n\n* A people person that enjoys close relationships with your team, partners and clients\n\n\n\n\nYou should have: \n\n\n* 6+ years of proven experience in developing paid social media plans, strategic presentations, and client buy-in of strategies.
