\nManager, Omnichannel Operations \n\nThe Manager of Omnichannel Operations is a key leadership role focused on leading all new store openings and adult use conversions for the omni operations team and retail operations initiatives focused on driving operational efficiency in our stores. Reporting to the Senior Director of Omnichannel Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that each new store and adult use conversion location is operationally ready to deliver a best-in-class customer and associate experience at launch. You will proactively identify areas of continuous improvement and develop solutions that drive operational excellence and expense savings. You will develop detailed projects plans and budgets, build cross-functional relationships with corporate and field teams, and provide operational expertise to business partners. You are a collaborative, solution-oriented leader with a deep understanding of store operations and retail execution. This is a remote position that is required to work out of a Green Thumb operational state.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities \n\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans for new store openings and adult use launches, outlining key milestones and timelines. \n\nProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, addressing any challenges and proposing solutions. \n\nCollaborate with cross-functional business partners and field leadership to drive key business priorities. \n\nChampion the continuous improvement strategy for omnichannel operations by proactively identifying opportunities and developing solutions for process improvements, operational efficiency gains and cost reduction. \n\nPartner with the compliance team to ensure retail locations are maintaining compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations. \n\nVisit new store and adult use conversion locations to validate locations are operationally complete and ready for launch. Identify potential operational excellence opportunities. \n\nProvide training, guidance and support to HQ and field teams on retail operational processes and programs. \n\nDevelop reporting and conduct data analysis for key programs and initiatives. \n\nManage a sustained workload comprised of multiple projects, workstreams and competing priorities. \n\nLead a team of program specialists. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nExperience & Qualifications: \n\n\nBachelorโs degree in Project Management, Business, or related field \n\n3+ years of retail operations corporate or multi-unit management experience \n\nExperience as a Project Manager, preferably in retail store openings or construction projects. \n\nA proven leader that is initiative-taking, able to work independently or among teams, and has a proactive mindset; a highly collaborative influencer who is an effective communicator and networker.โฏ \n\nAbility to think objectively and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.โฏ \n\nHighly professional, high level of ethics and integrity; accepts accountability for results; works with a sense of urgency. \n\nStrong ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, function heads, managers, supervisors, and all levels of employees.โฏ \n\nAdapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.โฏ \n\nDemonstrated ability to coach, teach, mentor and train. \n\nTravel up to 25% \n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
