The ideal candidate will be an IT generalist with proven experience supporting a remote workforce, MDM, Google Workspace, Okta, cloud file services, and other business productivity tools. This opportunity is expected to run through the end of December 2024. \n\n\n\nWhat Youโll Do\n* Full-Time 40 hours per week, (Monday-Friday) \n* Respond to IT support requests and own issues through resolution.\n* Provide IT assistance in employee onboarding and off-boarding.\n* Configure laptop hardware and update or deploy new software.\n* Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot MDM software for Windows and Apple laptops.\n* Administer Google Workspace, Okta, and other IT related services.\n* Assist in migration, consolidation, or reconfiguration of common hosted IT services as needed.\n\n\n\nWhat Weโre Searching For\n* Customer focused approach to handling IT support and technology initiatives.\n* Ability to create documentation for both technical and non-technical teams.\n* Expertise in supporting Mac and Windows laptops remotely.\n* Experience deploying and configuring Microsoft InTune and MacOS MDM products (Kandji, JAMF, etc).Administrative experience with Google Workspace user accounts and data.\n* Experience in hosted file service configuration (Dropbox, Google, etc) and data migration.\n* Familiar with Okta user account management and provisioning.\n\n\n\n\n\nAt MediaLab, we rely on a range of backgrounds, experiences, and ideas.
