About the Role\n\nKard is looking for a creative, passionate, and highly motivated individual who is excited by the opportunity of making an impact in a fast-paced environment. Your role will focus on selling Kardโs solution to traditional and/or challenger banks and modern card issuers looking to launch and scale their rewards programs. This includes prospecting and targeting relevant opportunities, cultivating executive-level relationships, and closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders to close new opportunities. \nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Develop a detailed understanding of the Kard platform and our unique positioning in the market; delivering a differentiated value proposition to prospective partners with the ability to dive deep into prospective clientโs business goals.\n\n* Manage a full sales process: from prospecting outreach and qualification to pricing discussions and final contract. At any given time, you will be working with a variety of opportunities in different stages.\n\n* Own and lead a highly technical and often complex deal cycle while collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure customer fit and long-term success. \n\n* Travel to various industry conferences to develop relationships and network with partners \n\n* Selling the partnership's vision, and working closely with prospects to make their rewards vision a reality! \n\n* Working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.\n\n\n\nDesired Skills\n\n\n* 5+ years of experience in a SaaS, new business sales role \n\n* A super power for developing new relationships and creating compelling business cases for deploying new technologies\n\n* A knack for problem-solving and an ability to work cross-functionally internally and across client stakeholders to create\n\n* An innate ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, especially against aggressive timelines.\n\n* Comfort with the unknown: with an ever-changing product roadmap, we need to manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders as we build a world-class platform.\n\n* Great communication skills and confidence when presenting to C-suite executives and entrepreneurs.\n\n* A positive and resourceful attitude with a willingness to work independently to make things happen!\n\n* Experience with B2B technology platforms and/or APIs, particularly within the fintech ecosystem.\n\n* Startup experience required\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
