\nOur organization is seeking an Instructional Design Intern to assist our instructional design team in creating high-quality training programs and educational materials. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who is passionate about learning and has a strong interest in instructional design.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Collaborate with the instructional design team to design and develop training programs and educational materials\n\n* Assist in designing and developing instructional materials, such as e-learning courses, job aids, and instructor-led training materials\n\n* Help create engaging and interactive learning experiences for learners\n\n* Perform quality checks on instructional materials to ensure they meet design and development standards\n\n* Assist with other tasks related to instructional design, as needed\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field\n\n* Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory\n\n* Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software, such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or Camtasia\n\n* Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with others\n\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n* Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on instructional materials\n\n\n\n\nDuration: This is a paid internship position with a duration of six months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and organizational needs.\n\nCompensation: $23/hour\n\nLocation: This position will be based in our Brooklyn office, 3-4 days a week with the possibility of some remote work.\n\nTo apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of your instructional design work.\n\n#LI-MC1 \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
