\nAbout the role: Full-Stack Developer\n\n\nAs a Full-Stack Developer at Diversio, you will join a team that is setting the industry standard and helping organizations advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. If you are curious, have a positive attitude, and excel at creative problem-solving, you will be a perfect fit for our team.\n\n\n\nWhat you will do:\n* Take an idea, concept, or mock-up and write efficient, robust, secure and well-tested production-ready code.\n* Demonstrate proficiency with our stack, which includes Python, Django, PostgreSQL for the backend, and React, TypeScript, and Jest for the frontend.\n* Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and TypeScript.\n* Write and maintain comprehensive tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability.\n* Use GitHub for pull requests and code reviews, as well as Slack, CircleCI, Sentry, ClickUp, Confluence, BrowserStack, etc.\n* Ensure compliance with SOC 2 requirements to maintain high standards of security and data protection.\n\n\n\nYou will have:\n* 2+ years of experience with Python and Django.\n* 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.\n* 2+ years of professional work experience.\n* Experience working in an Agile environment.\n* Good SQL and databases knowledge, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or comparable RDBS experience.\n* Good understanding of best coding practices and standards.\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n* Experience with writing tests using Jest.\n\n\n\nYou will Likely have: \n* Experience with writing tests in Python, Django, and React is a plus.\n* Experience with Git and/or GitHub.\n* BS/MS in Computer Science or engineering is helpful, but not required.\n* Knowledge of NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, or popular machine learning libraries is good to have but not required.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect from us:\n\n\nA Commitment to growth, we care about people's personal and professional growth.
