We are in search of a Facilities Leased Property Coordinator who will join our team of facility coordinators, equipment engineers and technicians. This team is chartered with planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and unplanned servicing of the facility and equipment. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight. Highly motivated individuals interested in space development are invited to apply to our Seattle-based group.\n \n\nAs part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, the Facilities Leased Property Coordinator III is responsible for directing, planning, and managing all aspects of local facilities that are leased (Kent, WA & Remote US sites). \n\n \n\nWe are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!\n\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Primary POC for all communications with landlord and property management teams.\n\n* Interacts with landlords of leased spaces in support of Blue Origin employees.\n\n* Liaison to Blue business units in support of their occupation and dwelling in the leased spaces.\n\n* Coordinates all workflow from Blue CMMS system (Maximo) into property manager through their CMMS systems.\n\n* Perform facility walks to make sure Blue is compliant with all lease and code requirements.\n\n* Validates that services that are provided by Blue vendors or landlord are being performed.\n\n* Oversight of maintenance and repairs of the leased spaces.\n\n* Manage facilities support requests, including the development of agreements, RFP's, SOWโs, requests for proposals in coordination with procurement and the landlord.\n\n* Budget responsibility for monthly invoicing, bill back reconciliation and annual CAM reconciliation.\n\n* Building coverage support responsibility: Leased office, research & development and warehouse space (1,442K SQ FT).\n\n\n\n \n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* Required BA/BS degree.\n\n* Preferred minimum of 3-7 years of experience property or vendor management with budgeting oversight.\n\n* Progressive forward focused customer and vendor management skillset. \n\n* Preferred working experience with CMMS system (experience with Maximo highly preferred)\n\n* Familiar with industrial safety standards. \n\n* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and adept at using web-enabled software platforms. \n\n* Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion\n\n* Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
