You will oversee a team of analysts, senior client solution managers, and client solution managers who manage the entirety of Alloyโs customer base. The primary charge of this team is to drive value for our customers, and manage executive and commercial relationships - including renewals, upsells, and partnering with sales on cross sells. \n\n\nAt Alloy, we value our customers above everything else. Every part of the organization works toward this objective, and Client Solutions takes the lead. \n\n\nIn this role, you will be expected to lead Alloyโs account managers. This includes upleveling the team and managing customer health at scale. This means ensuring the team is able to understand our customersโ needs and priorities, translate them into attainable objectives and successfully execute against them. Additionally, you will be responsible for executive sponsorship of accounts at your discretion. The knowledge you accumulate as you interact with customers will be foundational to influencing Alloyโs product roadmap, value statement, and market positioning.\n\n\nThe Director of Client Solutions will also be responsible for managing 1-2 enterprise accounts. This experience will allow you to ramp quickly on Alloyโs offerings as well as stay close to the customer journey and optimize the team for success.\n\n\nAbout You\n\n\nYou thrive in a small team where you can make a big impact. Driving value for our company and its customers is what motivated you every day. \n\n\n\nWhat You Will Do\n* Lead and manage Alloyโs account management team, which is responsible for the entirety of Alloyโs customer base. \n* Ensure the Client Solutions team has the necessary skills and competencies to deliver business value for our customers, including project management, driving change management and adoption, solving customer business problems, and quantifying and communicating business value. \n* Act as an executive sponsor for strategic customers, keeping an engaged and productive relationship with senior sponsors. \n* Act as the internal โvoice of the customerโ informing Alloyโs strategic product roadmap, while being tactically savvy, translating product obstacles into actionable, engineering-friendly development requests.Oversee the teamโs commercial activity, in collaboration with sales, developing rollout agreements with strategic customers as well as renewing and expanding our business relationships with existing customers.\n* Lead 1-2 enterprise accounts. Managing customer relationships, solving business problems and driving value through the use of Alloy.\n* In partnership with People Operations, recruit, hire and onboard open roles on your team as we scale up as well as develop and manage career paths for your team. \n\n\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n* 7+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting or related analytical, consultative, client-facing fields.\n* 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams in SaaS customer success, management consulting or related analytical, consultative, client-facing fields.\n* Ability to uplevel direct reports and build scalable enablement curriculum and processes.\n* Ability to build long-lasting relationships with senior executives and functional managers, acting as a trusted outside resource for problem structuring\n* Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand technical details while staying focused on business objectives.\n* Process-oriented mindset, identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them by improving the ongoing process.\n* Demonstrated senior selling skills within consultative projectsOutstanding project management, organization, work ethic.\n* Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency.\n* Able to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment, switching rapidly from strategy to execution.\n* Highly motivated, self-directed, team player.\n* Success in recruiting and onboarding team members.\n\n\n\n\n\nRole is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC or Austin, TX or Denver, CO.
