This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will lead a team of individuals supporting RECURโs global user base, ensuring delightful user experiences as they interact with some of the largest brands in the world entering the nascent and growing NFT space. \n\nWhat you will do at RECUR\n\n\nWrite, publish, and maintain high quality content for the Customer Experience team, including Zendesk macros, training content, Help Center articles, and internal workflow documentation. \n\nCreate content management system to maintain the process of requesting, creating, and auditing support content. \n\nPartner with stakeholders across the organization to drive CX Operational Readiness for upcoming product launches and internal process changes.\n\nProactively identify opportunities to improve CX content through analysis of CSAT, QA, Help Center articles, support ticket volume, and other data driven approaches.\n\nApplication support, documentation, and troubleshooting activities.\n\nCollaborate with CX Operations to ensure all support content is kept up to date, and collaborate with Marketing to ensure all customer facing content is on brand.\n\n\n\n\nWhat you bring to RECUR\n\n\n2+ years of content management experience within customer experience \n\nExcellent written communication skills, with an ability to explain difficult concepts in simple language for RECUR users and employees \n\nExperience with building out Knowledge Base articles, Zendesk macros, and Internal Playbook documents\n\nCustomer support/application support experience, a curious attitude, and a problem solving mindset\n\n\n\n\nBenefits & Perks \n\n\nCommitment to being a remote-first company & embracing remote work best practices\n\nComprehensive insurance plans - health, dental, and vision + disability and life Insurance\n\nEquity in RECUR\n\n401(k) with 2% company matching, no waiting period\n\nFlexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Accounts\n\n4 weeks paid vacation, 11 company holidays, 3 floating holidays\n\nParental Leave - Primary & Secondary\n\n$100 per month stipend for internet & cell phone\n\nLearning and development reimbursement (including online courses, certifications, conferences, seminars, etc.)\n\nFree monthly subscription to Headspace, Aaptiv, Omada\n\n\n\n\nThis is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US.\n\n#LI-REMOTE \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
