Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be the face of full-cycle recruiting at Fort Health for licensed therapists, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and other clinical staff members.\n\nDetails\n\n\nFull-cycle clinical talent acquisition for licensed therapists, psychologists, and other clinical/non-clinical recruiting needs.\n\nContribute hiring processes optimization efforts to ensure efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience.\n\nUtilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.\n\nContribute knowledge and ideas to assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve the end-to-end hiring process.\n\nCollaborate with the Executive team to shape Fort Health's culture and employee experience.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications, Experience, and Background\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience.\n\nMinimum of 2 years of full-cycle, high volume, clinical recruiting experience.\n\nPrevious behavioral health or mental health experience preferred.\n\nProficiency in utilizing ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and successfully navigate ambiguity.\n\nProficiency in Google Work Suite and Microsoft Office\n\n\n\nReporting\n\nThis position reports directly to the Chief of Staff and requires a proactive approach to project assignments and general guidance.\n\nBenefits and Compensation\n\n\nBase salary range starting at $70,000 with additional performance-based compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.\n\nCompetitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives.\n\nComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.\n\nGenerous paid time off, company holidays, and mental health days.\n\nFully remote work arrangement, offering flexibility and autonomy.\n\n\n\n\nAt Fort Health, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all voices are heard and valued.
