We have a team of 50 scientists, veterinarians, engineers, and creatives.\n\nYou can learn more about Loyal on Jon Stewart, NYT, WIRED, our company blog and Celineโs blog.\n\n \n\nAbout the role\n\nWeโre hiring for a Chief of Staff for our Founder and CEO, Celine Halioua. \n\nThe meta goal of this role is to make Celine the most effective CEO possible. This means optimizing the operations of the CEO team and executing on the priorities of the CEO, whatever they may be in a given month. Youโll work on a wide range of special projects including building out new functions at Loyal and hiring people to run them.\n\nExamples of previous projects and future projects include:\n\n\n* Negotiating a venture debt line\n\n* Negotiating an in-licensing deal with a public pharma company\n\n* Forging and managing external partnerships\n\n* Preparing external comms & supporting PR and consumer work\n\n* Managing our budget and financial forecasts; connecting finance & company strategy\n\n* Developing go-to-market strategy; building out the commercialization function\n\n* Quarterbacking product expansion strategy\n\n\n\n\nOngoing work will include:\n\n\n* Preparing board decks, memos and investor update emails \n\n* Preparing internal comms: decks for all paws (all hands), company workshops, etc.\n\n* Keep on track of core company activities; supporting key internal meetings\n\n* Supporting executive hiring\n\n* Supporting fundraising\n\n\n\n\nRunning Team CEO:\n\nYou will work closely with Celineโs EA, Maria, to make the operations of the CEO run smoothly.
