As an Account Executive SMB, you will be responsible for selling R365 Accounting and Operations Platform to 1 to 4 location restaurant groups.\n\n\n\nHow you'll add value: \n* Work with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team to identify and sell into new accounts\n* Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment\n* Selling on value and return on investment vs. features & functions\n* Uncovering pain points and business impact that maps back to our solutions\n* Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing team\n* Manage entire sales cycle from self-sourcing new opportunities to close\n* Ensure new Customers remain on track to โgo liveโ in implementation, post-sale\n* Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast\n* Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain a long-lasting business relationship\n* In-depth knowledge of the R365 platform to present to prospective clients\n* Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplace\n* Build and maintain a long-lasting business relationship\n* Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful in this role: \n* Bachelorโs degree strongly preferred\n* Proven Account Management/Sales experience and strong record of success (software sales preferred)\n* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM\n* Strong presentation skills\n* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written\n* Ability to adopt and follow a sales process\n* Ability to network and build relationships\n* Ability to negotiate and problem-solve\n* Organization and time management skills\n* Enthusiasm and passion!\n* Accounting or Restaurant Management experience (huge plus!)\n\n\n\nR365 Team Member Benefits & Perks \n* This position has a salary range of $65,000-$75,000 + Commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
