If this sounds like you, please read on! \n\nWhat Youโll Do: \n\n\nCreate and execute clinical strategy to support sales, revenue growth and retention\n\nProvide clinical support and partnership with internal stakeholders and customers to include large and complex healthcare systems\n\nPartner with our Enterprise and SMB Account Management team to help drive standardization of clinical content and recommendations to improve organizational outcomes for customers\n\nPartner closely with our Marketing department to develop consistent messaging and presentation of CareRevโs mission, vision and value proposition\n\nApply clinical expertise to recommend future product upgrades and enhancements as a result of customer feedback and identified gaps in customer needs\n\nDevelop and execute consultative sales growth programs through the lens of the customer and patient care/staffing needs\n\nLead development of clinical education programs to ensure successful transition from sales to implementation and expansion of our product \n\nUse expertise in clinical workflows and collaborate with Growth & Strategy team to ensure engagement and executive buy-in at the individual facilities (SNFs, Outpatient Facilities, Hospitals & hospital systems, etc.) level \n\nExecute on a consultative sales process where you understand the existing staffing systems and gaps, describe CareRevโs value proposition and our platformโs ability to support the hospitalโs strategic goals, demo our software via video-conference, work through objections and blockers, and close accounts\n\n\n\n\nWhat Weโre Looking For: \n\n\nMinimum of 8 years of clinical experience \n\nAdvanced Nursing degree required \n\n5 years of sales and business (or equivalent) experience is preferred \n\nCross-functional experience working with sales or other revenue generating functions is required \n\nExperience working with healthcare C-Suite executives and other leadership building successful relationships and influencing change\n\nDemonstrated collaborative mindset both tactical and strategic \n\nExperience with Google Workspace, Slack and Salesforce preferred\n\nSome travel required, COVID-19 vaccination required\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
