To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.\n\n\nWe are looking for a Sales Director, Life Sciences to join our team.\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n* Effectively communicate and represent the state of your business and challenges to management and internal stakeholders to achieve your sales objectives.   \n\n\n* Sell SaaS solutions into the clinical trial organizations within the Life Science industry such as large and small pharmaceutical, biotech, and contract research organizations.  \n* Prospect, cultivate leads and inquiries into a solid pipeline of opportunities.  \n* Leverage existing client relationships and contacts to develop deep knowledge and understanding of their dynamics and organizational structure around clinical trial operations to generate more business.  \n* Guide clients through effective sales processes quickly qualifying their business needs that correlate to our product offerings.  \n* Utilize sales force automations tools to efficiently manage your sales activities, capture contact information and your opportunities.  \n* Accurately forecast, negotiate, and close sales.  Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.  \n* Participate in marketing events such as webinars, seminars and trade shows.  \n\n\n\nAbout You\n* You love sales!   \n* Proven success selling complex, data-driven solutions to multiple stakeholders within Life Sciences companies   \n* A demonstrable track record of sales overachievement and making President's Club  \n* Mastery of the complex sales processes, framework, methods and using tools such as CRMs  \n* The ability to successfully engage individuals at multiple levels within Life Sciences’ clinical operations staff, department heads, innovation, VP and C suite level executives   \n* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  \n* Strong analytical, problem identification and objection resolution skills   \n* Have experience and good understanding of the clinical trial processes within Life Sciences from feasibility, optimization, site identification, recruitment, synthetic control arms, SAE adjudication, to real world evidence.   \n* Learn and become proficient about how Deep 6 AI’s portfolio of products and services significantly accelerate the clinical trials process.  \n\n\n\n\n$140,000 - $150,000 a year\n\n\n\n \nOur Culture   \nWe are a very collaborative group that is inclusive, fun, and hard-working. You will create delightful user experiences to connect and drive value for a diverse set of users across the clinical trial process. \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Do\n* Create, articulate and evangelize Deep 6’s UX strategy and vision for a best-in-class, end-to-end user experience, translating into an action plan that you drive in collaboration with product, engineering, and other key business leaders.\n* Lead and own all aspects of a User-Centered Design process including user research, user experience design, visual design, design systems, and general systems thinking.\n* Employ rapid prototyping tactics to deliver and validate ideas with speed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-quality design concepts that achieve our user goals.\n* Ensure strong visual design and consistency across features and product lines.\n* Support the completion of a design system: defining product identity, principles and best practices and mapping the to the specific components and patterns that our product will employ.\n* Work with product and engineering on planning, managing priorities, and potentially staffing.\n\n\n\nAbout You\n* 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, and UX Research (Degree in graphic design, interaction design, HCI, or UX preferred).\n* 5+ years of experience building SaaS products in a start-up environment (experience in Healthcare, clinical trial space and B2B is preferred)\n* Compelling portfolio showcasing user experience and interface design proficiency, particularly in complex domains \n* Extensive experience with Figma and other best-practice interactive design and prototyping tools \n* Proven Leader: Track record of setting strategic creative direction at the organizational level, building a culture of design excellence, and using design thinking to inspire teams, navigate internal and external challenges and demonstrate the business value of quality user experiences.\n* User-centered: A keen sense of aesthetics and the ability to turn complex processes into simple, intuitive, effective user experiences. \n* Informed Researcher: History of using analytics to justify your hypothesis and measure UX performance, connecting with the market’s customers, and consistently optimizing process and deliverables based on learnings. \n* Strong Communicator: Can lead effective presentations of research-backed insights, concepts and designs to a variety of audiences including executives.
