In this role, you will work directly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to facilitate exceptional care for our clients. \n\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends, and flexible work hours. Execute intake checklist [as defined by practice], perform trained documentation workflows in EMR\n\n\n\n\nMedical Records Management \n\n\n* Enter client data and medical documents into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) \n\n* Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations\n\n* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely access to client information for clinical decision-making\n\n\n\n\nAppointment Coordination \n\nSupport scheduling client appointments\n\nLaboratory Management \n\n\n* Assist client coordination for lab work needed, including managing incoming faxes of results \n\n\n\n\nClient Relationship\n\n\n* Provide an exceptional client experience: client-centric service, support, compassion, and care to all clients\n\n* Work independently and collaboratively with the Practice Manager to serve as a seamless link between clients, care team and practice staff to ensure optimal experience for all clients and practice providers\n\n* Support and reinforce care plan guidance from the care team by providing check ins and gentle reminders to clients in between visits\n\n* Assist in addressing client concerns and requests through client triage, collecting pertinent information to escalate to the provider team as necessary\n\n* Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\n\n \n\nQualifications\n\n  Minimum Qualifications:\n\n\n* Three years of relevant professional experience in a healthcare office is preferred\n\n* Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently\n\n* Excellent communication (verbal and written), clinical and interpersonal skills.\n\n* Demonstrates strong work ethic and reliability (i.e. attendance and punctuality)\n\n* Ability to create and sustain meaningful client experiences.\n\n* The ability to quickly resolve issues and think outside the box\n\n* Knowledge of medical terminology. StealthCo is leveraging a hybrid care delivery model, including a combination of guideline medication optimization tools, transitions of care services, remote data collection, behavioral nudging, and rapid clinical interventions.\n\nThis role will report directly to the new venture's CEO and be able to work fully remote. They will provide direct patient care for adults living with functional GI disorders (like IBS), collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in the refinement of the SideBy Care approach to care delivery.The ideal candidate is skilled in providing psychological services to patients with GI conditions and associated behavioral health concerns and consulting with medical providers.\n\n \n\nNOTE: This is a Part-Time Position and while remote, you must be located and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.\n\n \n\nEssential Job Functions and Responsibilities\n\n \n\nIn this role, you will:\n\n\n* As part of our integrated team, you will implement SideBy Care’s Gut-Brain therapy program to help patients with functional GI disorders to reduce their symptoms, create new health beliefs and behaviors, and develop new coping strategies to manage stress\n\n* Apply brain-gut psychotherapy interventions (primarily CBT) and other clinical therapy interventions as needed via telehealth appointments according to SideBy Care’s GI specific protocols\n\n* Assess patient eligibility for SideBy Care program participation given its unique holistic approach and virtual delivery model \n\n* Collaborate with medical providers, GI-focused dietitians, and leadership to build and maintain a cohesive, patient-focused environment.\n\n* At times, provide education related to the provision of gut-brain interventions to partnered medical providers, patient support groups, and community education forums (as needed).
