Seeking ambitious and creative growth person for fast-growing YC startup from $1M to $10M annual sales. \n\nWe currently have both a functional and fast-growing affiliate program and a referral program underway, as well as content and events. Our current customers are digital nomads, but for the next product our customers will also be distributed startups. \n\nWe're a strong team of 9. We work distributed, synchronously, often working collaboratively. We're headquartered in San Francisco. We have quarterly gatherings, and you will receive both salary and equity compensation.\n\nSafetyWing went through Y Combinator (W18), has raised venture-funding and have been growing >20 % every month since launch one year ago. See more on\n\n# Responsibilities\n You will be responsible for everything related to growth. Both optimizing current strategies, as well as coming up with and implementing new ones.
