(New Hire and Advanced training programs).\n\n* Serve on advisory board teams to ensure effective cross functional commercial programs and activities (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Regulatory and Compliance).\n\n* Determine the most effective approaches to meet the product learning needs of the business, including product launch preparation and on-going business needs. Apply advance instructional design principles and the adult learning model to enhance content delivery. Leverage and share best practices, new principles, and concepts across all brands/products.\n\n* Effectively direct the activities of external consultants and training team members. In this role, you will help your team to uncover and prioritize new product opportunities and make impact across the entire initiative launch cycleโ€”from data collection design to experimentation to synthesizing actionable learnings and influencing product strategy. \n \n\nWhat youโ€™ll be doing: \n\n\n* Conduct data analyses that influence the product strategy for improving the member experience. \n\n* Lead experimentation to help the product team reason about the impact their features are having on the member experience. \n\n* Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and UXR leads on defining key indicators of the quality of our member experience and uncovering opportunities to improve the user experience\n\n* Investigate user and care segmentation patterns to identify key product opportunities beyond therapy.\n\n* Collaborate with researchers to evaluate how coaching and other care options impact clinical outcomes. \n\n* Build necessary data models to enable analytics and reporting, and partner with data engineering on best practices. \n\n* Lead prioritization and roadmapping discussions from a data science perspective\n\n* Use appropriate advanced methods, from experimentation techniques to causal inference and statistical modeling, for deep-dive analyses around member engagement patterns from enrollment through to retention.\n\n* Work with other data scientists and ML engineers to identify, prioritize, develop, and measure data-centric product features like personalized recommendations and adaptive care pathing. \n\n\n\n \n\nWhat we expect from you:\n\n\n* 5+ years of professional data science experience\n\n* Hands-on experience with experimentation and hypothesis testing\n\n* Proficiency with SQL and Python or R\n\n* Comfort with wrangling event log data\n\n* Experience with data modeling via dbt or similar tools\n\n* Experience working with data visualization and BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) \n\n* Facility with a product development process in the context of a software product\n\n* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to guide and make recommendations to technical and non-technical business partners\n\n* Proven ability to proactively manage your own priorities and dependencies in alignment with cross-functional dependencies and business impact in a fast-paced environment\n\n* Passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches\n\n* Willingness to travel (at least 1 time per year) to NYC for collaborative sessions and summits with the team\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat weโ€™d love to see (bonus):\n\n\n* Familiarity with marketing SaaS metrics (e.g., CAC) and an interest in applying such efficiency models to novel domains.\n\n* Exposure to building and/or evaluating recommendation algorithms, tuning search and sorting algorithms is preferred\n\n\n\n \nThe target salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
