With a proven understanding of SaaS sales, this role will drive revenue within the Commercial or Mid-Market segments by selling the full Uniphore product portfolio. \n \nTo excel in this role, you must have strong consultative sales, prospecting, and time management skills. You must be capable of thriving in a startup environment, selling emerging technologies, and earning trust with executive level customer personas. We are looking for driven and collaborative people with a customer-first mentality.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Develop portfolio of new clients based on Territory assignment \n* Manage opportunities from Leads to Close \n* High aptitude for learning AI technologies and value-based messaging  \n* Maintain forecast accuracy, prospecting cadences, and pipeline management \n* Quarterback sales deals by effectively leading strategy and resource alignment  \n* Achieve quarterly Quota performances \n* Develop and actively manage short- and long-term account plans \n* Be the voice of the customer: Provide feedback to internal teams in a timely manner \n* Collaborate with Customer Care Manager on upsell and cross-sell opportunities\n* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time \n\n\n\nExperience / Qualifications\n* 5+ years of software sales experience \n* Successful track record of overachieving quota performances \n* Excellent presentation and public speaking skills  \n* Experience selling into Contact Centers a plus \n* Comfortable selling into the C-suite  \n* Experience with MEDDICC  \n\n\n\n\n$75,000 - $200,000 a yearCompensation & BenefitsThe anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:  Non California: $75,000 Base - $100,000 Base + $75,000 - $100,000 target variable; $200,000 OTE50 / 50 split \nThe specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience. In addition to competitive base + variable, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life. \n\nUniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
