Salesforce team plays a foundational role at SmithRx, with the responsibility of creating, maintaining, and optimizing core business processes throughout the company.  \n\nThis Senior Business Systems Analyst will be the โ€œfounding BSAโ€ role within the Salesforce team at SmithRx.  This team is currently composed of two Salesforce Admins and one Salesforce Specialist, with no dedicated business analyst support.  The Senior Business Analyst will play a key strategic and executional role collaborating with almost every team in the organization to improve our tools, products, and processes.  They will work closely with the Salesforce Admins and the stakeholder teams that the Salesforce team serves in order to ideate, define, plan, deploy, and optimize key projects.  \n\nThe Senior Business Analyst will be primarily focused on Salesforce initially, but may undertake BA duties for other business systems as the team evolves. \n\nWhat you will do:\n\n\n* Requirements Gathering:\n\n\n* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and processes.\n\n* Conduct thorough analysis to gather and document detailed business requirements.\n\n\n\n\n\n*
