People who are able to influence change, make a difference, and effectively communicate to all walks of life will excel in this role. \n\n\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following\n* Drive Sales & Market Share growth\n* Create and execute quarterly market plans\n* 75% of your time will be managing your current account base\n* Analyzing sales trends and store inventory to consult the purchasing team on when and how much product to purchase to ensure zero stock-outs. \n* Creatively influencing purchasing teams and store advocates to on-board new and additional SKU’s\n* Strategically assessing stores promotional needs and implementing promotions based off of the best ROI\n* Scheduling events and customer appreciation demos to educate end-consumers and budtenders.\n* Scheduling budtender educations to capture advocates and help influence sales\n* Review online marketing assets and assure the newest and highest quality image is being displayed.\n*  Influencing in-store merchandising and marketing opportunities to position ourselves as a premier partner.\n* Assuring the latest media kit is being shared with the correct people\n* Business Development\n* 25% of your time will be spent hunting for new business and closing doors\n* Prioritizing your pipeline meeting saturation targets\n* Creatively solve problems and overcome objections\n* Intimately understand the licenses within your territory with the goal to be on the shelf before the store opens for business.   \n* Power mapping the prospect to assure all decision makers and stakeholders are being influenced to become a retail partner. \n* Negotiate pricing and terms\n* Accounts Receivable \n* Properly communicating to assigned accounts any invoices coming due, past due, setting collection dates, and aligning with the Director of Sales on any collection escalation \n* Add detailed notes on a weekly cadence with an action plan on overdues, credits, or any write offs needed\n* Ensure Credit Memos are successfully processed in a timely manner\n* Weekly and daily administrative tasks\n* Responsible for everything directly and indirectly related to sales\n* Create a weekly route based on meetings scheduled/sample drops/actionable items\n* Utilizing a market plan template to strategically plan sales driving initiatives on a quarterly basis, maintaining a pipeline in real-time, and updating Salesforce daily.\n* Prompt responses to clients.\n* Confirming orders and deliveries 48 hours in advance\n* Responding to internal slack messages and external emails with a sense of urgency\n* Checks on competitive activity and reports intelligence in a timely manner.\n* Keeps informed of competitor products, services and other general information of internal interest\n* Working with multiple departments; finance, inventory, and distribution on a daily basis ensuring proper planning and execution\n* Providing internal feedback about marketing assets, competitors, and innovation to the WYLD team\n* This position requires up to 80% travel within the defined territory\n* Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* **If you are hired, we will require you to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.**\n* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. \n\n\nJOB SUMMARY: \n\nAs a member of the Professional Services team, the Business Analyst (BA) is an external-facing, project-based role, focused on the elicitation of Customer User Stories, their documentation and analysis, and the declarative configuration of the solution that results from this documentation. Note that the BA is the owner of all User Stories for a given implementation, whether the story work is declarative or custom.  The Business Analyst collaborates with the Project Manager, Solution Architect & Developer roles, to ensure adherence to contracted scope and budget, and to affirm their solution design and configurations have been optimized for their customer’s requirements and business operations. The BA also drives data migration activities, including object mapping and data validation (post migration). Additionally, the BA works closely with their Project Manager, to groom their backlog and validate quality/accuracy of any deliverables.
