The primary charge of this team is to drive value for our customers, and manage executive and commercial relationships - including renewals, upsells, and partnering with sales on cross sells. \n\n\nAt Alloy, we value our customers above everything else. We believe that the success of the companies we work with, and of the individuals within them, is perhaps the single most important and valuable indicator of our productโ€™s performance.  Every part of the organization works toward this objective, and Client Solutions takes the lead. \n\n\nIn this role, you will be expected to lead Alloyโ€™s account managers. This includes upleveling the team and managing customer health at scale.  This means ensuring the team is able to understand our customersโ€™ needs and priorities, translate them into attainable objectives and successfully execute against them. Additionally, you will be responsible for executive sponsorship of accounts at your discretion. The knowledge you accumulate as you interact with customers will be foundational to influencing Alloyโ€™s product roadmap, value statement, and market positioning.\n\n\nThe Director of Client Solutions will also be responsible for managing 1-2 enterprise accounts.  This experience will allow you to ramp quickly on Alloyโ€™s offerings as well as stay close to the customer journey and optimize the team for success.\n\n\nAbout You\n\n\nYou thrive in a small team where you can make a big impact. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our current data stack (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, and of courseโ€ฆ Hightouch) as well as driving insights to key stakeholders across our team. \n\nWe anticipate that in this role youโ€™ll spend 60% of your time building and maintaining models and reports and 40% of the time interfacing with stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and surface insights. \n\nHow to know this role is for you?
