The onboarding phase is the most important phase of the client lifecycle, and Implementation Project Managersare responsible forestablishing the solid foundation that drives our clientsโ success. The Implementation Project Managerowns the post-sale onboarding client relationship and manages the implementation of said solutions whilst ensuring the client receives all pre-defined touchpoints. At least 2 years of experience in Medical or SaaS industries preferred, working in B2B,client-facing roles related to onboardingย

About the Role

To be successful at a Digital Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. You should be able to manage and deliver our projectsโ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.
A large part of the time will be spent on writing development instructions (cards) and coordination with the development teams to ensure qualitative development.

Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Client Success, our PMs are responsible for assisting with the implementation of and adherence to project management best practices and methodology. Responsibilities:
Client and Project Management:
Manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, on schedule and within project scope
Create project plans and maintain the schedule for the duration of the project
Create overall status reports and lead weekly status meetings with the team and clients
Identify and monitor project risks, action items and issues
Proactively communicate project status, issues and mitigations to VP of Client Success
