We offer industry-leading compensation and benefits, including excellent healthcare coverage, to our employees.\n\n\nWhat would you be doing?\n\n\nDesign and build test frameworks which are easy to use and open for extension.\nEnable test automation for a large suite of web apps and services.\nDrive test coverage and code quality of rapidly iterated apps and services.\nEstablish build/deploy pipeline for components built with varied tech stacks(Python, Golang).\nDevelop test plans and strategies for new features/components with a focus on automation.\nMentor fellow engineers on test frameworks, strategies and coverage.\nWork across team to figure out the requirement and priority\n\n\n\nWho would be the right fit?\n* 1-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year of experience working with distributed systems and REST APIs. \n* Good exposure to Non-functional tests strategies like Load, Perf and Chaos. \n* Good understanding of testing principles: Stress testing, Functional/Regression testing, Code coverage, TDD/BDD, UAT. \n* Experience with AWS is a must. \n* Experience with a Python-based test automation framework(e.g. robot) is plus. \n* Prior experience in data analytics and UI is plus. Territory Managers will also help farmers access FBN Direct โ a revolutionary way for growers to purchase crop inputs that provides farmers with price transparency on hundreds of products and a way to source low-cost chemicals delivered straight to the farm. FBN Direct has saved thousands of dollars for hundreds of farmers through its offerings. \n\nFinally, the FBN Territory Manager is critical to the commercialization process for new products and services being launched on a regular basis.\n\nResponsibilities \n\nThe FBN Territory Manager will be responsible for recruiting farmers and maintaining high grower satisfaction with FBN. They will also provide a seamless and highly differentiated crop input transaction experience while maintaining high grower sanctification with FBN from post-harvest conversations all the way to pre-season delivery.
