Users will have a seamless Web3 experience with LUKSO's solutions and we welcome talent around the world to join us in building the most innovative tools for the New Creative Economy.\n\n\nLUKSO was co-founded by Chief Blockchain Architect, Fabian Vogelsteller, author of ERC-20, ERC-725, Web3.js, Mist Browser and former Lead Dapp developer of Ethereum and Marjorie Hernandez, an early blockchain strategist working with Ethereum, IOTA Foundation and world-renowned brands, who also co-founded THE DEMATERIALISED.\n\n\nLUKSO is now being developed by 70+ people around the globe and we are looking for motivated and passionate people who are up to the task of joining us in building out the foundation for the New Creative Economy and the apps that power it ****โกโ\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritise work units to align with strategic goals.\n\n* Communicate effectively with dev and UX teams, translating business needs into UX and dev tasks.\n\n* Facilitate agile ceremonies, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.\n\n* Identify UX issues and collaborate with the UX team to develop and sign off on solutions.\n\n* Ensure smooth communication and handovers between UX designers and development teams.\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Experience in product management, preferably in the blockchain or creative industries.\n\n* Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising between technical and non-technical teams.\n\n* Familiarity with agile development processes and practices.\n\n* A good understanding of UX design principles and user-centered problem solving.\n\n* Understanding of blockchain technology, specifically the LUKSO ecosystem is ideal but most important is a willingness to deeply dive into this context\n\n\nTools and tech stack:\n\n* ClickUp, Figma, Miro, Github, Notion\n\n* Web2 and Web3 architectures, Lukso Standards, dApps, GoogleCloud, Kubernets, PostgresSQL, hardhat, next js, nest js, node js, express js.\n\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n* Innovation-driven working environment, where youโll be part of a project that aims to set new standards in the industry and change the world we live in: doc.lukso.tech\n\n\n* Team lunches and social activities\n\n* Regular in-office health & sporting activities\n\n* Collaborative teams and a flat structure, with a renowned team of industry experts\n\n* A hybrid or remote role, balanced between working from our picturesque LUKSO office located next to the Spree River by Berlin-Ostkreuz and wherever you call home!\n\n* We consider both contractors and permanent employment candidates for this position who live within Central European Time +/- 3 hours.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
