Remote Clinician Impact Onboarding Specialist

The Role:\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinician Impact Onboarding Specialist located in the San Francisco Bay Area to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultation services to clinicians to help them optimize their workflows with our innovative AI medical scribe software, Ambience AutoScribe. The ultimate goal is to supercharge clinicians with breakthrough generative AI technology.\n\nThis role involves training clinicians on how to best utilize our AI medical scribe software to optimize workflow, improve patient care, and enhance clinical documentation efficiency. The chosen candidate must have an in-depth understanding of both healthcare and clinical documentation.\n\nThis role is crucial in ensuring that our clinicians are comfortable, confident, and efficient in using our product daily.\n\nWhat Youโ€™ll Do:  \n\n\n* Effectively baseline existing workflows to deliver comprehensive training programs on how to optimize efficiency with AutoScribe while adapting to the individuals' knowledge levels and responses.\n\n* Assist in developing training materials including user guides, videos, and presentations to ensure effective workflow optimization, user onboarding, and continued engagement.\n\n* Gather and analyze feedback from clinicians to make necessary adjustments to the training program and inform our product roadmaps.\n\n* Support users and troubleshoot any product and/or workflow issues to the appropriate internal teams such as engineering.\n\n* Ensure product updates are thoroughly understood and incorporated into the training curriculum.\n\n* Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and the cliniciansโ€™ understanding of AutoScribe.\n\n* Provide ongoing support, coaching, and resources to users to ensure they are comfortable and proficient in using AutoScribe.\n\n* Gather and analyze feedback from clinicians regarding note quality and triage the feedback to the clinical team.\n\n\n\n\nWho You Are: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n* A degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field\n\n* Proven experience in: Teaching or training, preferably in a healthcare setting or experience training others to use a software product\n\n* Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and processes\n\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n* Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and concise manner\n\n* Patient and kind personality with a passion for teaching\n\n* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively\n\n* Proficient in using technology and quick to learn new software\n\n* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues\n\n* Flexible schedule: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate cliniciansโ€™ schedules and time zones.\n\n* Travel: Open to travel approximately 2-4 weeks per year for company offsites and/or going onsite for customers.\n\n\n\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare background, a passion for teaching, with an enthusiasm for AI technology and healthcare innovation. The candidate should be a clear communicator who can effectively guide clinicians through the learning process with the goal of ensuring clinicians feel comfortable and confident in using our product. About The StealthCo\n\nRedesign Health is launching a new venture, Heart Failure StealthCo, with the aim to increase the quality of care provided and remove cost from the healthcare system. Acute Heart Failure events place a significant strain on health systems, providers, and patients, with over 40% of heart failure patients currently returning to the hospital within 90 days post-discharge. We very much believe this commitment to improving care and reducing cost is critical to the long-term success of the company.\nAbout The Job\n\nAs Product Consultant at StealthCo, you will have the opportunity to define the product vision and overall product strategy for the MVP that will be used by specialists & PCPs managing heart failure patients post hospitalization. StealthCo is leveraging a hybrid care delivery model, including a combination of guideline medication optimization tools, transitions of care services, remote data collection, behavioral nudging, and rapid clinical interventions.\n\nThis role will report directly to the new venture's CEO and be able to work fully remote. This role has the opportunity to convert to a full time hire on the founding team. \nWhat youโ€™ll do:\n\n\n* Be responsible for creating and delivering the overall vision for the product including the development of the 12+ month product roadmap for feature & product development, and execute on the build of the project by managing technology vendors to build out the initial product offering, including contractors & software licenses. \n\n* Own product strategy and build for a tech-enabled services platform, including discrete use cases for health systems, risk-bearing organizations, and patients. \n\n* Manage the product organizationโ€™s budget; inform build vs buy technology decisions and partner closely with Engineering around MVP build, EHR integrations, and data governance. \n\n* Partner with the CEO to lead product discussions with potential customers.\n\n* Own the overall success of the product and create transparency through OKRs that contribute to the overall success of the companyโ€™s product launch and growth. \n\n\n\nWhat youโ€™ll need:\n\nBackground\n\n\n* 7+ years of experience with product management, with at least 2 years of experience in a 0 - 1 product environment where you successfully launched this type of tech-enabled services product leveraging a hybrid care delivery model. \n\n* 3+ years of experience developing technology solutions with a focus on clinical workflow, transitions of care, patient engagement, and medication adherence in at least one of the following areas: care management, clinical decision-making, telehealth, virtual care delivery, and/or clinical assessment and management.\n\n* 3+ years experience managing technical resources & leading engineering discussions both off-shore and on-shore (You're able to translate the PM requirements to engineers and lead those engineering discussions) \n\n* Experience with data and product architecture and data governance\n\n\n\n\nWho you are: \n\n\n* A Builder.
