We have raised more than $50 million from leading investors, including Goldcrest, Kingsway, Polychain, M13, DG, and Valor.\n\nWeโ€™re looking for a Senior Research Analyst who demonstrates the ability to create high-quality Bitcoin content. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for analyzing market trends and communicating them to clients across various formats and channels. Youโ€™ll report to Riverโ€™s Senior Marketing and Content Manager, and work closely with the marketing team to craft and distribute impactful content.\n\nWhat you will be doing:\n\n\nCreate data-driven research on Bitcoin-related topics. See long-form examples on our blog, and short-form examples across our Twitter accounts. (ex 1, ex 2, ex 3, ex 4)\n\nDevelop charts, graphs, and visualizations to enhance content and grow Riverโ€™s brand.\n\nExpand Riverโ€™s outward-facing channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, River blog, and research) by producing interesting, follow-worthy content.\n\nThink critically about how to deliver value to our target audiences through research and analysis, and be strategic about which topics to dive into.\n\nDrive the creation of a content hub to better surface our research.\n\nUse your pulse on the market to draw insights for our River Intelligence newsletter.\n\nExplore new formats to enhance distribution, including producing video content and partnering with other Bitcoin educators.\n\nContribute to overall marketing strategy through brainstorming and ideation sessions.\n\n\n\n\nWhat we look for in you:\n\n\nYouโ€™re a Bitcoiner! This is not a requirement for all roles at River, but a Bitcoin Research Analyst is someone who naturally is engaged in the Bitcoin community.\n\nThe ability to explain and visualize complex topics in simple ways. Youโ€™ll be making Bitcoin accessible to more people.\n\nYou are a self-starter who takes initiative. River has an entrepreneurial culture where people take ownership of problems and ideas, and execute them from start to finish.\n\nResults-focused with strong attention to detail. We strive for quality over quantity and hold our work product to the highest standards.\n\nExperience in growing social media accounts, without posting memes all week ;)\n\nBasic design skills to create graphics alongside written content. A picture is a thousand words. You will have the support of a designer, but you should be able to get graphics to 80% done while the designer provides polish.\n\n2+ years of content experience as shown in a portfolio. In this role, you'll oversee strategy and design of features that realize Medallionโ€™s vision of reducing the burden of administrative work on medical professionals, freeing them to focus on patient care. Whether it's making complex processes intuitive for healthcare providers, making powerful tools easy to use for healthcare admins, or empowering the team with research to better understand the pain points we are alleviating, we believe great product design is critical to our success. \n\nAs Design Manager, you will be responsible for the Product Design function and guiding the full lifecycle of design from initial user research to final pixel quality, coaching the team and enabling them to do the best work of their careers. You will foster collaborative relationships with senior leaders to elevate the role of product design within the organization, proactively navigating opportunities with clear, forward-looking communication. Through intentional mentorship, coaching, process design, and recruiting, you will build an exceptional design team nurturing a culture that prizes quality, creativity, and impactful work.\n\nThis role reports to the VP Product and base compensation for this role is between $160,000 - $200,000 depending on location and level.In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity, and benefits as part of the total compensation package. You will be responsible for implementing scalable Salesforce related technical solutions that will significantly impact Motiveโ€™s growth and global expansion. \n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Design and implement scalable technical solutions for Lead to Cash systems which include the full set of Salesforce technologies. \n\n* Design user focused and innovative Salesforce-based technology solutions, including configuration of Salesforce platform components, AppExchange packages, creation of complex data models, integration with external systems, and custom code or workflows as necessary, to solve business requirements. \n\n* Have a strong bias for action to respond to Production disruptions of any kind and resolve them as they happen. \n\n* Provide technical leadership on projects by providing guidance ensuring Salesforce.com best practices.\n\n* Work with various functional leads and teams, business and technical, to understand and realize the needs of our customers by translating โ€œthe whatโ€ into โ€œthe howโ€, and then development, Unit testing and Production release of the developed component.\n\n* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.\n\n* Check in and deploy code and configurations; participate in release management.\n\n* Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development\n\n* Drive coordination and collaboration of system architects, Motive Engineering teams, functional teams (such as Sales) and Enterprise Systems functional leads.\n\n* Own the development plan to implement and deploy a complex set of enhancements on the Salesforce stack, driving development best practices to scale global implementations across multiple business units.\n\n* Write maintainable code with extensive test coverage, source control, adherence to release cycles, and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.\n\n* Actively participate in Sprint ceremonies\n\n* Active participation in maintaining Production Quality , Tech Debt Control and DevOps procedures & processes\n\n* Contribute to technical documentation\n\n* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelorโ€™s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience\n\n* 5+ years of Salesforce application development experience. \n\n* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher level certification.\n\n* Expert in LWC, APEX, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and Javascript.\n\n* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Experience Cloud; Commerce Cloud experience is preferred\n\n* Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API. \n\n* Experienced with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning components.\n\n* Proficient in CI/CD DevOps procedures , GitHub. This includes the risk model (structure and content), the risk activities (Identification, Assessment, Control Evaluation, Monitoring and Reporting) and efficacy of mitigations.
