\nWe are looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Marketing and Sales operations. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to analyze their data and processes. Your work will directly impact our sales efficiency and success. People who are able to influence change, make a difference, and effectively communicate to all walks of life will excel in this role. \n\n\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following\n* Drive Sales & Market Share growth\n* Create and execute quarterly market plans\n* 75% of your time will be managing your current account base\n* Analyzing sales trends and store inventory to consult the purchasing team on when and how much product to purchase to ensure zero stock-outs. \n* Creatively influencing purchasing teams and store advocates to on-board new and additional SKUโ€™s\n* Strategically assessing stores promotional needs and implementing promotions based off of the best ROI\n* Scheduling events and customer appreciation demos to educate end-consumers and budtenders.\n* Scheduling budtender educations to capture advocates and help influence sales\n* Review online marketing assets and assure the newest and highest quality image is being displayed.\n*  Influencing in-store merchandising and marketing opportunities to position ourselves as a premier partner.\n* Assuring the latest media kit is being shared with the correct people\n* Business Development\n* 25% of your time will be spent hunting for new business and closing doors\n* Prioritizing your pipeline meeting saturation targets\n* Creatively solve problems and overcome objections\n* Intimately understand the licenses within your territory with the goal to be on the shelf before the store opens for business.   \n* Power mapping the prospect to assure all decision makers and stakeholders are being influenced to become a retail partner. \n* Negotiate pricing and terms\n* Accounts Receivable \n* Properly communicating to assigned accounts any invoices coming due, past due, setting collection dates, and aligning with the Director of Sales on any collection escalation \n* Add detailed notes on a weekly cadence with an action plan on overdues, credits, or any write offs needed\n* Ensure Credit Memos are successfully processed in a timely manner\n* Weekly and daily administrative tasks\n* Responsible for everything directly and indirectly related to sales\n* Create a weekly route based on meetings scheduled/sample drops/actionable items\n* Utilizing a market plan template to strategically plan sales driving initiatives on a quarterly basis, maintaining a pipeline in real-time, and updating Salesforce daily.\n* Prompt responses to clients.\n* Confirming orders and deliveries 48 hours in advance\n* Responding to internal slack messages and external emails with a sense of urgency\n* Checks on competitive activity and reports intelligence in a timely manner.\n* Keeps informed of competitor products, services and other general information of internal interest\n* Working with multiple departments; finance, inventory, and distribution on a daily basis ensuring proper planning and execution\n* Providing internal feedback about marketing assets, competitors, and innovation to the WYLD team\n* This position requires up to 80% travel within the defined territory\n* Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice\n\n\n\nQualifications\n* **If you are hired, we will require you to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.**\n* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Collectively they own, operate, and occupy billions of square feet of corporate real estate.\n \nAs our sales team continues to grow, we need someone to help us build the foundation to help take us to the next level.\n \nThatโ€™s where you come in.\n\n\n\nIn this role you will:\n\n\n* Be the designer and maintainer of our companyโ€™s SFDC instance including automating flows, troubleshooting issues, bulk importing and exporting data, and working with teams across the funnel to implement and enforce best practices. \n\n* Identify core operational issues and propose new work streams, application solutions, and process improvements.\n\n* Modify and scale existing processes to support more users and new business requirements.\n\n* Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.\n\n* Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, notifications, approval processes, Lightning Process Builder, and Visual Workflow.\n\n* Collaborate with business teams to design, customize and configure improvements to the UI, reporting, and business processes.\n\n* Play a key role in ensuring Salesforce interoperates seamlessly with other business productivity systems such as Netsuite, DealHub, and Hubspot, among others.\n\n* Document, maintain, and update system-level customizations. \n\n* Provide advanced reporting and searching assistance.\n\n* Manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization, and data maintenance efforts.\n\n* Configure Salesforce and related applications โ€“ such as Hubspot, DealHub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator โ€“ to ensure seamless data flow and integrations.\n\n* Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, and access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).\n\n* Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.\n\n* Build reports and dashboards to assist individual team members and management in measuring progress against goals, efficacy of new initiatives, and improving performance.\n\n* Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIdeal candidates will have:\n\n\n* Detailed knowledge and experience using programming languages in SFDC including Apex and other languages such as: SOQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML, and SOUL.\n\n* Detailed knowledge and experience designing and customizing validation formulas, workflow rules, objects, custom object building and user/role assignments. \n\n* Experience with third party platforms including: Hubspot, Netsuite, DealHub, Gong, and Slack.  \n\n* Detailed knowledge of Salesforce cloud paradigms, inherent risks, and appropriate deployment strategies.\n\n* Detailed knowledge of commonly-used Salesforce functionality and its administration.\n\n* Working knowledge of relational database architectures and query languages.\n\n* Basic knowledge of software engineering best practices.\n\n* Basic knowledge of one or more project management paradigms, such as Agile.\n\n* Proactive and creative approach to finding solutions to stakeholder problems.\n\n* Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.\n\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\n* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.\n\n* Salesforce Administrator certification required, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer preferred. \n\n* Typically requires 3+ years of experience in a closely-related role.
