You will confront and solve technical problems focusing primarily on our mobile app using React Native. Alongside mobile-centric tasks in React Native, you will also engage in comprehensive full-stack development projects using React, TypeScript, and Python, adapting flexibly to the evolving needs of the business. This blend of responsibilities underscores your integral role in both mobile-specific and broader development efforts. This will include building features for SuperTravel, SuperPay, or Super+ along with the engines and frameworks that power them. Other tools and packages we use include Material-UI, used to maintain our own component library, Figma for mockups, Gitlab, AWS, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Amplitude, and Snowflake. You will report to an Engineering Manager. \nAs the Executive Assistant youโll work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and General Manager to strategically manage their day-to-day administrative and operational needs. Youโll contribute heavily to Optimism Foundation's strategic priorities and collaborate frequently with other members of the the leadership team.ย \n\nWhat are the role responsibilities?\n\n\n* Provide support for the Chief Growth Officer and General Manager\n\n* Contribute to Optimism Foundation's leadership meetings and off-sites by assisting with coordination, organization, production of materials, taking notes and following up on action items\n\n* Partner with the leaders to track key project milestones as well as progress against personal, team, and company OKRs\n\n* Establish newโand improve existingโadministrative systems and processes\n\n* Make recommendations with regard to time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.\n\n* Assist with ad hoc projects, events and travel arrangements as needed.\n\n* Must be willing and able to travel internationally\n\n\n\n\nWhat skills do you bring?\n\n\n* Experience interacting with all levels of staff from c-level executives to investors in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient\n\n* Strong organizational skills, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute\n\n* Excellent time management skills and experience handling everything with a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality. You are able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed\n\n* The ability to communicate, perform and react well under pressure or in ambiguous situations\n\n* Strong project management experience with a track record of driving things to completion\n\n* Experience optimizing processes to make them more efficient\n\n* Experience with handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence\n\n* Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to establish strong and trusting relationships\n\n* Experience working in a proactive environment with the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before problems arise\n\n* The ability to be patient, hardworking, reliable, and tenacious in an autonomous and fast-paced environment\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
