\nWe're looking for a motivated and talented Paralegal to join Match Groupโ€™s Hinge Legal team to provide transactional and day-to-day legal support to Hingeโ€™s marketing and product teams. This hybrid role (3 days in office) will be based in New York, however remote highly qualified candidates who are able to be present periodically in the office will be considered.  \n\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a passionate paralegal to join a strong team with a diverse set of backgrounds, self-described as friendly, highly collaborative, well-liked, and hard-working.\n\n\nMatch Group, through its portfolio companies, is a leading provider of dating products available globally. Our portfolio of brands is designed to increase our users' likelihood of finding a meaningful connection.\n\n\n\nHow you'll make an impact:\n* You will assist with the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, such as agency and master services agreements, talent and influencer agreements, social impact and sponsorship agreements, sweepstakes, contests and other promotional agreements under the supervision of senior team members.\n* You will facilitate the contract lifecycle management process, including helping our Hinge business partners to scope work and track key contract milestones, as well as assist in-house attorneys in contract negotiations.\n* You will support day-to-day collaboration with Hingeโ€™s marketing and product teams and provide legal review for Hinge app user interfaces and creative assets. \n* You will respond to our Hinge business partnersโ€™ legal inquiries and identify and escalate legal issues as necessary.  \n* You will conduct research on various legal matters, including consumer protection laws and regulatory compliance.
