About The Opportunity

Responsibilities:
Risk Assessments
Support the risk team in advising the 1st line of defense to assess and prioritize risks, define controls, identify control gaps, and adequately respond to risk and ensure information is reflected in the enterprise risk management system.
Prepare risk analyses for risk assessments with business partners.
Assist with input to the enterprise risk management system of risk assessment results gathered during annual updates.
Maintain quality of data in enterprise risk management system. Risk Detection & Mitigation
Work with 1st line of defense to ensure tracking of risk responses.
Assist risk team in performing targeted reviews for top and emerging risks facing the credit union which typically involve trending and reconciling data, conducting staff interviews/surveys, identifying process gaps and improvements, and reviewing and updating policies/procedures.
Perform evaluation of controls to determine effectiveness and recommend improvements Risk Management Committee
Schedule and assist with the preparation of meeting materials for Enterprise Risk Management Committee including emerging risks summary, top risk heat map, mitigating actions tracking, incident reporting, risk assessment results, business continuity program update, collect data for risk metrics, meeting minutes, and others as required.
Business Continuity
Assist in maintenance of Business Continuity program including: annual plan and business impact analysis, coordinate tests and training exercises.
Qualifications: *
Degree within Risk Management or 1-2 years of experience supporting Enterprise Risk Groups
Strong Excel Skills
Understanding of PowerPoint

This is a call center environment where you will be expected to work 100% telephonically on the computer for 8 hours per day with 2 designated 15 min breaks, a 30 min lunch, and a 15 min team meeting (Huddle). Huddles may be used for engaging with your team, reviewing updates, or completing training.
Throughout the day coaches will complete scheduled outbound coaching calls, take inbound calls from members, and attempt various cold calls related to informing members about the program and encouraging enrollment along with reaching out after a missed appointment to reschedule or complete a call at that time. Currently, our caseload is a โteamโ style where members will relate to whichever coach is available.
Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to employees of companies who have enrolled/partnered with the company for Health Coaching (50% inbound/50% outbound)
Encouraging employees to maintain healthy habits such as proper diet, tobacco reduction, proper exercise, etc.
Health coaches help employees reach their health and wellness goals
Members get points toward their accounts during this program (for reaching certain milestones/completing tasks) and can redeem these points for prizes that are available from the company they work with.
