Remote VIP Support Manager
\nWe are currently looking for a VIP Sales & Support Manager to help us build strong relationships with key clients, increase sales, and ensure a high level of service. If you have strong sales skills, can find a personalized approach to clients, and want to work in the fast-growing crypto industry, this position is for you!Responsibilities:\n * Actively sell GoMining products and services to VIP clients using a personalized approach.\n * Build trust-based relationships with clients, analyze their needs, and offer tailored solutions.\n * Provide premium support to clients by quickly resolving issues via chat, messengers, and email.\n * Work with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), maintain client databases, and track interactions and deals.\n * Collaborate with marketing and development teams to enhance the client experience.\n * Analyze client behavior and suggest ways to increase engagement and LTV.\n * Ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.\n * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.\n \n\n\n * At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service (preferably in crypto, fintech, or IT).\n * Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals with VIP clients.\n * English level B2+ (written and spoken).\n * Understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFT, and mining (or willingness to learn quickly).\n * Ability to work with CRM systems and analytical tools.\n * Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.\n * Customer-oriented approach, diplomacy, and ability to build long-term relationships.\n \nBonus Points:\n * Experience working with VIP clients and HNW investors.\n * Knowledge of additional languages (Chinese, Arabic, Spanish).\n * Experience in crypto exchanges, payment systems, or DeFi products.\n \n\n\n * Learning support - courses, English classes, and conferences (up to 100% reimbursement)\n * Unique loyalty program - receive corporate digital miners and earn passive income with no investment\n * Team retreats - company-sponsored stays at a villa in Turkey\n * Memorable events with wow prizes - we celebrate big occasions in a big way\n * “Employee of the Month” award - we recognize and reward our top performers\n * Flexible days off — holidays based on your location + up to 15 sick days + up to 28 vacation days (with fast and automated approvals)\n * New career tracks - real opportunities to grow into expert or top management roles\n * Work-life fit - flexible hours and remote work.
