\nPosition: Part-Time Video Manager for Oasis Protocol Foundation (Marketing Team)\n\n \n\nOasis Protocol Foundation is seeking a Part-Time Video Manager to support our Marketing team with the development and execution of video and animated content across media channels to amplify awareness of the Oasis Network key products, such as Sapphire and OPL, as well as product announcements and news. \n\n \n\nScope: 10 hours/week\n\nLocation: Remote; Europe or US is fine\n\n \n\nJob Overview:\n\nAs a Video Creator, you will be responsible for producing, scripting, and editing videos for the Oasis Network, including edits for social media, generating new ideas and scripts, and producing video campaigns as needed. You will work closely with the marketing team and Brand Lead to develop and execute key video operations, as well as producing new video projects for the Oasis Network. \n\n \n\nCompany Description:\n\nDesigned for the next generation of blockchain, the Oasis Network is the first privacy-enabled blockchain platform for open finance and a responsible data economy. The Oasis Protocol Foundation supports projects focused on building privacy-preserving applications on top of the Oasis Network.\n\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Plan and produce key video assets for the Oasis Network, focused on: videos for social media from key events, new video series for YouTube and social channels, video operations at events, team meetings and offsites, marketing videos for key campaigns, and more.\n\n* Coordinate with events organizers to receive video recordings from our participation at external events and post on our channels, edit them for social media, and repurpose them for any further marketing activities.\n\n* Act as the primary point of contact for all video operations, including short video clips for evergreen content and key brand videos for marketing the Oasis Network’s vision. Anything regarding video, you will be the expert on!\n\n* Coordinate with the Marketing and Design Team to monitor upcoming events and announcements to identify new opportunities for video assets — Work seamlessly between the Marketing, Community, Engineering, and BD teams to produce new videos focused on user segments.\n\n* Coordinate with the Marketing and Design Team to monitor upcoming events and announcements to identify new opportunities for video assets — Work seamlessly between the Marketing, Community, Engineering, and BD teams to produce new videos focused on user segments.\n\n* Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of video content across channels.\n\n* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in Web3, as well as the best practices in video marketing.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nKey Person Requirements:\n\n\n* Demonstrated expertise in video editing with Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Suite, and transcription services.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to create a video through the full content life cycle: conception, production, editing, exporting.\n\n* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\n\n* Passion for new technologies, blockchain and an aspiration to contribute to the growth of the Web3 community\n\n* Strong organizational and project management skills.\n\n* Although a fully remote job, preference is for EU timezone.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nMore information about our Community and Marketing teams:\n\nCommunity team:\n\n* Engaging with the community: The community team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the Oasis Protocol community, which includes developers, users, and other stakeholders.\n\n* Creating and managing community channels: The team creates and manages channels like social media, forums, and chat groups where community members can interact with one another and receive updates from the team.\n\n* Providing support: The community team may also provide technical support to community members who are building on the platform or using its features.\n\n* Gathering feedback: The team gathers feedback from the community to identify pain points and opportunities to improve the platform.\n\n\n\nMarketing team:\n\n* Promoting the platform: The marketing team is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Oasis Protocol platform and its features.\n\n* Creating marketing content: The team creates marketing content such as blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media posts to educate potential users about the platform.\n\n* Building partnerships: The team may work on building partnerships with other projects, businesses, or influencers in the blockchain space to expand the platform's reach.\n\n* Supporting events: The marketing team may also support events such as conferences, meetups, and hackathons to promote the platform and engage with the community.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis is a part-time role that will be paid in USDT OR USDC cryptocurrency\n\nThe role can be based anywhere with flexible and remote work options.
