Remote Vendor Relationship Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, securing sponsorships, and ensuring the satisfaction of our vendors. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, as well as meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor sponsorships and overall vendor satisfaction.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n Reach out to potential vendors and secure sponsorships for our personal injury networking conferences.\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.\n\nServe as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.\n\nAttend conferences and events to oversee vendor activities and ensure their needs are met.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to align vendor requirements and expectations with our company's goals.\n\nFollow up and secure sponsorship payments.\n\nMonitor and report on vendor performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.\n\nTravel as required to attend conferences and build relationships with vendors.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\nProven work experience in vendor management, sponsorship sales, or related roles.\n\nStrong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with vendors and secure sponsorships.\n\nExcellent relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with vendors.\n\nProactive and solution-oriented mindset to address any vendor-related issues or concerns.\n\nAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWillingness to travel for conferences and events as needed.\n\n\n\n\n#LI-AR1\n\n#LI-Remote \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
