Your voice and opinions are always valued, and we work hard to maintain a culture that is flat, inclusive, and empowering.\nA Glimpse into Your Future at WOO\n\n\n* What will you be working on?\n\n\n\n* Ability to choose and use the various research methods such as in-depth interviews, usability studies, card sorting activities, survey and secondary research. \n\n* Deep understanding users’ goals, needs, and tasks and translate them into user insights and clear action items. \n\n* Be able to organize the user data and display them with clear and meaningful user experience journey and persona to align with cross teams.\n\n* Need to plan and prep before executing user research.\n\n* Ability to wrap and share the user scenarios and communicate needed design rationale and value.\n\n* Participate in development of product information architecture and user flow to deliver the right product features.\n\n\n\n* Who will you be working with?\n\n\n\n* Maintain close collaboration with People, Marketing, Design, Operations, Product & BI Teams.\n\n\n\n* What challenges will you face?\n\n\n\n* Fast-paced working environment.\n\n* Learning ability and communication skills\n\n* Self-management ability and a team working with people from different countries.\n\n\n\n\n\nInterested in Learning More?\n\n\n* Our hiring process begins by meeting with our People Team, who help facilitate the process of placing you in your new role.
