\nPosition Summary\n\nLeague is hiring a UX researcher to support strategic research initiatives and research operations. You will partner with the product team to conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user needs. \n\nYou will be responsible for developing and conducting research studies, analyzing data, and reporting on findings. You will also help to create and maintain the user research plan.\n\nWhat you will do\n\n\n* Coach team members (designers, product managers, etc.) through their research projects in our democratized research practice\n\n* Improve and maintain our research repository\n\n* Create and execute strategic user research projects (craft a research plan, gather requirements, analyze data, ideate, and test) as needed\n\n* Contribute to a research playbook, educational materials, and processes that enable our product teams to research effectively\n\n* Demonstrate and evangelize the impact of well-conducted, actionable research throughout the organization\n\n* Collaborate with the research, product, data, design, and marketing teams to inform new product capabilities and solutions\n\n* Identify key user needs and problems\n\n* Create and communicate research reports and presentations\n\n* Partner with the product team to ensure user needs are met in product development\n\n* Stay up-to-date on the latest UX research trends and best practices\n\n\n\n\nWhat you bring\n\n\n* Experience coaching others in research projects from concept through execution\n\n* A broad toolset of qualitative and quantitative research techniques for all types of user research, from exploratory/problem space through usability testing\n\n* A portfolio of experience that demonstrates your process and highlights your skill and success in conducting user research projects \n\n* Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with researchers and non-researchers alike\n\n\n\n\n \n\nSecurity-Related Responsibilities\n\n\n* Compliance with Information Security Policies\n\n* Compliance with Leagueโs secure coding practice\n\n* Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures\n\n* Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
