Your mission: Collaborating with cross-functional teams you’ll create seamless user journeys and advocate for user centric design. We value speed, collaboration and ownership.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n* Design innovative solutions for mobile (iOS/Android) and web apps\n* Develop detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to convey design ideas\n* Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to create low and high-fidelity mock-ups (in Figma)\n* Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, moving from low to high-fidelity mock-ups quickly\n* Continuously improve brand and design quality\n* Conduct user testing and interviews to understand user needs\n* Optimize and simplify user experience and interface design\n\n\n\nWho you are:\n* Experienced in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and working directly with developers\n* Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience\n* 5+ years as a UX designer, UI designer or product designer\n* Highly proficient in Figma\n* Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills\n* Self-starter and highly motivated\n* Experience working in a startup, cryptocurrency, trading, or consumer finance\n\n\n\n\n\nAt Newton, we celebrate our inclusive work environment and welcome members of all backgrounds and perspectives to apply.
