As a Territory Manager with JUUL Labs, you will be responsible for handling an assigned sales territory averaging multi-million dollars in revenue in a dynamic sales environment. \n\nTerritory: South Richmond, VA\n\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\n\nManage sales and distribution within a given geography, including merchandising. \n\nResponsibly sell company initiatives to retail partners including promotions, inventory management, and pricing strategies\n\nSell/execute the 4Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, and product to customers and adult nicotine consumers.\n\nDevelop a local strategy and business plan for meeting individualized territory objectives, including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting existing and potential retail outlets within the geographic territory for product sales opportunities.\n\nConsult with and advise retail partners on category management and business analytics to help improve the performance of their business\n\nDevelop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and pre-call planning\n\nDevelop and/or utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key initiatives and other business metrics\n\nGrow leadership potential through ongoing training and impactful experiences\n\nUtilize analytic tools to evaluate market opportunities and impact business performance and results.\n\nSuccessfully execute all account management responsibilities in all assigned chain and distribution headquarters accounts. \n\n\n\n\nPERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\n\n\nMust be 21 years of age or older \n\nPrevious experience in a marketing-focused role - preferably in sales, field market, or business to business \n\nProficient in using sales technologies and software such as SalesForce and Tableau, to analyze and act upon key data insights\n\nCollaborate well in a team environment and develop account relationships by working cross-functionally. \n\nMust have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for the last 3 years\n\nReliable vehicle or willingness to obtain a vehicle that can be used for work daily\n\nAbility to focus and manage multiple priorities\n\nMobility and willingness to advance your career a plus\n\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\n\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.\n\nAbility to climb and work from heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet\n\nAbility to access and work in limited and confined spaces\n\nAbility to visually inspect and manipulate merchandise and advertising displays\n\nAbility to frequently stoop, kneel and crouch\n\nAbility to drive up to 100 miles per day\n\n\n\n\nEDUCATION:\n\nBachelorโs Degree or 1-3 years of meaningful field sales experience preferred.\n\nJUUL LABS PERKS & BENEFITS:\n\n\nA place to grow your career.
