Braintrust is working to change the way freelance works – for good.\n\n \n\n\n* \nJOB TYPE: Freelance, Contract Position- W2 (no agencies/C2C - see notes below)\n\n* \nLOCATION: Remote - United States only (TimeZone: EST | Full day overlap)\n\n* \nHOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $82 – $94/hr\n\n* \nESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long term\n\n\n\n\n \n\nTHE OPPORTUNITY\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n***W2*** Benefits will be provided.\n\nThis role will be supporting East Coast and UK - So east Coast is given preference\n\n \n\n\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n• Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.\n• Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills.\n• Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements.\n• Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.\n\nSkills:\n• Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction and management, implementation planning in large organizations\n• Proven people management and team building skills\n• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities\n• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization\n• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions\n\n\nEducation/Experience:\n• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. Ph.D or other related advanced degree preferred.\n• Experience building and maintaining pipelines for data collection to build AI models\n• Experience in hardware and software 2D and 3D, preferred\n• Experience with AI development lifecycle\n• Experience with R&D environments (Research & Development) is a must have.\n* Experience with digital data\nWhat you’ll be working on\n\n\n\nIn this role, the Technical Program Manager will support our client's Research team that is working on the future of input and interaction for augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). This role will focus on project managing cross-functional projects through the planning and execution phases while working with researchers and engineers.
