Description\nExploration SW Eng.\n*The position requires traveling within the US once a month for several days (office time, conferences etc.)\nMission: Build and collaborate with open-source contributors on Exploration Team projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for the Starknet ecosystem.\n\n* Work closely with distributed team members to set clear roadmaps and milestones.\n\n* Work closely with Starknet community members to develop and integrate solutions.\n\n* Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Strong Proficiency in Rust (or systems level language).\n\n* Working knowledge of core blockchain protocol design.\n\n* Ability to work with new programming languages, tools, and environments.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code.\n\n\n\nNice to Have:\n\n* Experience with blockchain protocols, particularly Ethereum and Starknet.\n\n* Experience with open-source development.\n\n* Experience with protocol development in production.\n\n\n\nRelevant skills:\n\n* Proficiency in Rust or similar systems level language\n\n* Ethereum experience (contract or infra)\n\n* Understanding complex problems and designing solutions\n\n* Passion for open-source projects: The candidate should have an interest in contributing to open-source projects and should have some experience with open-source tools and technologies.\n\n* Collaboration skills: Since we work in collaboration with the community, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with others in a team environment.\n\n* Openness to learning: The candidate should be willing to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.\n\n* Community engagement: The candidate should be comfortable engaging with the community, be it in online forums, meetups, or conferences.\n\n* Familiarity with project management: The candidate should have a basic understanding of project management principles, including agile methodologies, and be able to articulate a roadmap and set clear goals for the project.\n\n* Passion for teaching and mentoring: Since we onboard new developers, the candidate should have a willingness to teach and mentor others and have experience in doing so.\n\n* Passion for continuous improvement: The candidate should have a growth mindset, be willing to learn from mistakes and feedback, and continuously improve their skills and knowledge.\n\n* Respect for diversity and inclusion: Our team may have members from different backgrounds and cultures, so the candidate should be respectful of diversity and inclusion and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.\n\n* \n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
