Remote Software Engineer Front End
\nWhat You'll Do\n\nWe are looking for a software engineer with both the excitement and abilities necessary to build challenging, dynamic, user interfaces in a way that supports our vision of delivering a world-class experience to our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to produce a highly polished and interactive front-end for an enterprise-level web application. Expertise in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are essential skills for this position. If you've got mad skills and love building awesome web UI's, we want to talk to you.\n\nYou will:\n\n\n* Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and our back-end software engineers to build stellar user interfaces.\n\n* Collaborate heavily with designers and our engineering team to create complex web UI components and pages.\n\n* Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems.\n\n* Propose and implement performance optimizations and scaling strategies.\n\n* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.\n\n* Work for the comfort of your home in Arizona, for this growing company in Utah!\n\n\n\n\nWhat You Need to Get the Job Done\n\n\n* 5+ years of solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Our designers push the envelope and we need you to be up to the task. (Seriously, don't skimp the HTML/CSS side)\n\n* 5+ years experience using React to build high-quality interactive user interfaces\n\n* Demonstrated ability to produce super sweet user interfaces from high-resolution mocks\n\n* Demonstrated ability to effectively build modern UI components from scratch (datepickers, interactive lists, etc.)\n\n* Experience leading projects with multiple developers\n\n* Solid understanding of web standards and cross-browser web development best practices, and the ability to mentor others\n\n* Previous work samples demonstrating proficiency in building highly interactive web-based applications\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
