Remote Senior UX Designer

An award-winning strategic partner of Google Cloud and AWS; DoiT works alongside our 3,000+ customers to save them time and money.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nAs Senior UX Designer, you will have key decision making responsibilities and be given the autonomy to ensure the DoiT Console is built upon user-centered best practices. This role is ideal for someone who takes a customer-centric view to design problems and can deliver high-quality UX work in a fast-paced and open environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Develop deep contextual understanding of the public cloud, our business, our users, and their needs\n\n* Own a broad set of features with a focus on improving customer adoption and product stickiness\n\n* Produce sketches, workflow diagrams and hi-fidelity prototypes using Figma and FigJam\n\n* Produce high-quality design output with a razor sharp focus on business and customer value\n\n* Take a leading role in our user research efforts and conduct regular usability studies and customer interviews\n\n* Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers\n\n* Join the design team in weekly design critiques, operations meetings and knowledge sharing sessions\n\n* Contribute towards the DoiT design system\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n* BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional experience\n\n* 8+ years of experience in the design industry\n\n* Experience solving complex product problems\n\n* Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies\n\n* A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design skills\n\n* Experience using Figma, Figjam, Jira and Confluence\n\n* Be a self-starter who can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously\n\n* Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and experience interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders\n\n* Experience working in the public cloud would be a bonus\n\n\n\n\nAre you a Do’er?\n\nBe your truest self.
