Remote Senior Solidity Engineer
About us\n\n* \nOpenhedge is a Venture Studio working on web3 financial infrastructure\n\n* We partner with the most ambitious protocols in the space, and support them hands on, build together with them\n\n* Openhedge is mainly focused on market microstructure research, design and implementation\n\n* Our specialty is in designing new market mechanisms that are only possible on distributed open ledgers\n\n\nAbout the role\n\n* You will be working alongside the Openhedge team on our various projects\n\n* You will develop Solidity smart contracts based on project mechanisms\n\n* You will write tests covering our solidity contracts\n\n* You will write or review code for various applications\n\n* You will liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements\n\n* You will define new standards and smart contract integrations\n\n* You will be expected to mentor other team members to refine their technical and architectural skills\n\n\nWhat we expect\n\n* Team Management (task assignment, organization, communication, leading sprints/stand-ups, etc.)\n\n* You have more than 5 years of experience in shipping great products\n\n* You have shipped some web3 products previously\n\n* Experience with smart contracts on Ethereum\n\n* Experience with Postgres or other databases; experience with decentralized data storage solutions is a plus\n\n* Understanding of decentralized finance and popular products (e.g. staking, options, yield farming and other)\n\n* Experience with version control, such as Git\n\n* You enjoy having ownership over everything you ship and you understand best practices and what it means to write maintainable code\n\n\nCompensation\n* $100-300k base + generous incentives\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
