Does this sound like the right place for you?\n\n\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n* \nReporting to the Engineering Manager, you develop scalable APIs and services, collaborating with the team to improve our services for reliability, performance and cost-efficiency.\n\n\n* \nThink creatively to work within a traffic-intensive and complex data processing environment.\n\n\n* \nTake full ownership of the software feature lifecycle from initial design through to deployment and operation.\n\n\n* \nParticipate in code reviews, design sessions, and operational support of services the team owns\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you will bring with you:\n\n* \nExperience with Go in heavy load production environments\n\n\n* \nExperience building backend services, design APIs, and data processing pipelines using gRPC and asynchronous processing leveraging message brokers (Nats, Kafka, ...).\n\n\n* \nExperience using data stores (Postgres, Redis, Object Storage, OpenSearch)\n\n\n* \nKnowledge in software design patterns (CQRS, EDA, ...)\n\n\n* \nExperience running services in containerized environments\n\n\n* \nProficiency in testing methodologies and automation practices to ensure quality in software delivery.\n\n\n* \nAnalytical approach to decision-making in high-traffic, distributed environments.\n\n\n* \nA collaborative mindset that values trust, transparency within the team.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat we look for:\n\n* \n5+ years of experience working as Software Development.\n\n\n* \nExperience to work in a company with remote-first mindset and with people from different cultures and timezones\n\n\n* \nProfessional fluency in English\n\n\n* \nInterest in security and observability\n\n\n* \nExposure or participation to OSS communities\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen you join Sysdig, you can expect:\n\n* Extra days off to prioritize your well-being\n\n* Mental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health app\n\n* Great compensation package\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe would love for you to join us!
