Remote Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Qualio is trusted by over 600 highly regulated international customers, ranging from the bleeding edge of computational biology and machine learning to household names in mRNA vaccine development. \n\nThe Qualio team is all-remote, and currently distributed across North America, Europe and Australia.\nWhat’s the opportunity?\n\nWe are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to help manage processes, systems, and data for the revenue functions of Qualio (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success). The Sr. Revenue Operations Manager responsibilities include maintaining all systems for the revenue functions, driving efficiency through automation and technology, and ensuring data integrity throughout the systems. To be a successful Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role and deep experience with GTM processes and systems. You should also demonstrate leadership skills and be able to work well with and influence others across the organization. Ultimately, you will ensure that all revenue functions are in line with the company’s strategic goals.\nWhat will I be doing?\n\n\n* Manage and optimize the use of the revenue technology stack including Salesforce.com, Gong, LeanData, Outreach, Dealhub and other tools\n\n* Assist Revenue leadership in building, documenting, and optimizing business processes\n\n* Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization\n\n* Train and support the GTM teams on revenue operations process and tools\n\n* Create and manage CRM reporting and dashboards\n\n* Establish and maintain top-tier standards for data integrity and accuracy\n\n* Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise\n\n\n\nWhat skills do I need?\n\n\n* 5-7 years experience in Revenue Operations\n\n* Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, with an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics\n\n* Salesforce administration experience and ideally a certified administrator\n\n* Experience with Gong, Catalyst, LeanData, Looker, Hubspot and Outreach\n\n* Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data\n\n* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills\n\n* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders\n\n\n\nBenefits \n\n\n* Competitive salary\n\n* Matching 401k\n\n* Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits\n\n* Dependent & Health FSA, Short/Long Term Disability, Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance\n\n* Unlimited PTO policy\n\n* Company allowance for home office supplies\n\n* 12 weeks paid parental leave\n\n* Opportunity to make a difference through helping life-saving products get to market\n\n\n\nA note to candidates:\n\nStudies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications as described in a job description.
